Working and going to school present special challenges for single parents who are juggling many responsibilities. If you feel overwhelmed by the challenges of work or school, talk about these difficulties with your case manager and other counselors to find resources that will help.

There are a few federal agencies that try to address the issue of childcare, and if you are receiving services from a vocational rehabilitation program, you may be able to incorporate childcare support into your rehabilitation plan.
